After releasing our first album in February 2022, we took a detour from our own original music. Instead, The RoughTet showcased the compositions one of our favorite musicians, Charles Mingus. Featuring a brand new expanded version of the band, now including Dawson Jones on vibes and Ramone Smith II on french horn, we performed my original arrangements of several Mingus tunes.
